• Masterclasses – Guided deep dives into two signature varietals, hosted by Drinks Business Asia journalist Nimmi Malhotra with a panel of winemakers.

Masterclass Schedule

• Masterclass #1: 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM (Margaret River: Cabernet Sauvignon)
• Masterclass #2: 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM (Great Southern: Shiraz from Frankland River)

Each masterclass features a curated selection of six wines presented in a seated format, offering an in-depth exploration of these celebrated varietals. Following the sessions, attendees can enjoy the walk-around showcase tasting, meet local winemakers, and further explore the wines of Great Southern and Margaret River.

Great Southern: The Most Ancient, Most Isolated and Largest Wine Region in the World
The Great Southern wine region is a vast and remote landscape; wild and undiscovered. With five subregions and climatic conditions ranging from cool maritime in the south (Albany and Denmark) to continental further north (Frankland River, Mount Barker and Porongurup), its vibrant community of dynamic small producers cultivate a broad range of varieties and styles.
