Metabev celebrates Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2024

Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2024 was a jam-packed week in Hong Kong and Metabev welcomed guests from all over the world to celebrate the vibrant Asian F&B scene.

In conjunction with 10 of its brand partners, Metabev hosted 30 events across 64 bars and saw almost 3,500 cocktails served up by local bartending stars and 61 of their international colleagues across guest shifts, lunches and a grand afterparty.

Metabev’s F&B Run Club

It wasn’t all cocktails, lunches and parties — the F&B Run Club returned with a new mission. This time the group is planning to ‘Run Around the Sun’ — around 4.37 million km. The club’s Perrier-sponsored inaugural hike was led by Jay Khan, who was joined by 40 other participants who collectively accumulated 205km. A long way to go but the journey has begun. ASC Fine Wines x Champagne Henri Giraud

ASC Fine Wines and Champagne Henri Giraud hosted an exclusive dinner at the Four Seasons Hotel in Guangzhou, China on 23 July, which coincidentally marked the 12th anniversary of the hotel establishment. This event featured a selection of Henri Giraud wines and was part of ASC’s ongoing efforts to support the development of the Champagne market in South China, particularly among on-premise and private customers.

Guests enjoyed a curated tasting experience, including Henri Giraud Blanc de Craie, Dame Jane Rosé, MV17, and Argonne. To complement the dessert, Henri Giraud’s unique fortified wine, Ratafia Champenois Solera 1990-2013, was also served.

The top wines were awarded Gold, Silver, or Bronze medals according to their result, and expressions that stood out as being outstanding received the ultimate accolade – the title of Master.
