Chivas Brothers collaborates with revered designers

Chivas Regal is to release two new products after working with designers Evan Douglis and Alexander McQueen. Architect Douglis has designed a Christmas gift tin for Chivas 12 Year Old, while fashion designer McQueen has created a limited edition makeover for the 18 Year Old.

The Evan Douglis Studio is an architectural company known for innovative and contemporary design projects. The tin will have a pattern of curves and swirls that are characteristic of the work of the New York-based architect.

Meanwhile, B ritish designer McQueen has dressed 2000 limited edition bottles in blue leather and topped them off with a handcrafted enameled cap. The inspiration for this latter addition was drawn from McQueen’s current collection, which displays the colours of the British royalty.

Each bottle will be individually numbered and available in international markets such as China, Japan, France and Greece and will be sold "at a significant premium to Chivas Regal 18 Year Old."
