Mont Tauch turns to Tetra
Mont Tauch has launched one of its Village du Sud Vins de Pays d’Oc wines in Tetra Pak. The new packaging for its Old Vines Grenache has been designed by artist Tim Bulmer …
… a prism-shaped Tetra Pak featuring characters he had previously created for other Mont Tauch labels.
According to Mont Tauch, The use of Tetra Pak reduces packaging by 90%, reducing the energy used in production, transportation and recycling. Additionally, the Tetra Pak is lightweight, shatterproof and collapsible, and is also resealable. Mont Tauch’s use of Tetra Pak ties in to its commitment to sustainable agricultural development. The new packaging was launched in Co-op at a promotional price of £3.99 – effectively providing one litre for the usual 75cl price.
