Naturelle selection from Bottle Green
Bottle Green has created a new organic wine label with Jacques Frelin Vignobles, entitled Reserve Naturelle. The move sees a greater focus for Bottle Green on organic wines, which was originally its primary focus, and still accounts for 10% of the business.
These organic wines are sourced from the Languedoc, with an emphasis on traditional winemaking practices. A Merlot and Viognier from the range are already listed in Tesco (rrp £4.99), while a £5.99 Syrah is also available. There is scope to add more varietals to the range as needed. The packaging that has been developed for Reserve Naturelle is intended to reflect the environment in which the grapes are grown.
