10:30am – 5:00pm A tasting of Chianti Classico Wines from the region’s top 38 producers, The White Space
2:30pm – 4:00pm Diversity and Terroir in Chianti Classico – a Masterclass hosted by Consorzio President Marco Pallanti & Tim Atkin MW, The Modern Masters Room
38 of the leading producers from Chianti Classico will present their wines for tasting by trade and press on 12th June from 10.30am-5.00pm in the White Space at the Dali Universe on London’s South Bank. During the tasting Consorzio President Marco Pallanti, speaking for the first time in the UK since his election in 2006, and Tim Atkin MW will lead a masterclass on diversity and terroir in Chianti Classico in the Modern Masters Room from 2.30pm-4.00pm. Visitors will also be able to taste wines from the renowned 1997 vintage on the central tasting table.
