Busch brings Spanish beer to UK
Estrella Damm Barcelona, flagship beer of Grupo Damm, will soon be available in the UK as a result of a partnership with Anheuser-Busch. The premium brand will not only benefit from the US brewer’s distribution network in the UK, but its marketing and sales expertise as well.
Estrella Damm was launched in 1876, and will continue to be brewed in Barcelona, the only beer produced in the city. The two companies originally partnered in 1995, and Anheuser-Busch’s Budweiser is still brewed at Damm’s Barcelona brewery.
