Final call to enter the Global Riesling Masters
The Global Riesling Masters is an ever-exciting competition identifying the best expressions of this complex and fascinating grape variety. Sign up before 20 October for the chance of winning a medal.
Winter is approaching, and you might not enjoy the cold, but you know who does? Riesling.
Our Riesling-led competition aims at celebrating one of the hardiest and most complex white grape varieties in the world.
This Germanic grape is often praised for its high acidity, its elegant perfume and its incredible ageing potential. The region of production and winemaking style have a deep influence on the resulting wine, and this versatility makes it an ever-fascinating variety. Wines can range from bone dry expressions such as in Australia or Alsace, to sweeter styles in its homeland or Ice Wine in Canada.
Our Global Riesling Masters competition focuses on identifying the best expressions of the variety across the world, in every style and price range.
It is open to any varietal Riesling, or blends containing at least 50% Riesling. Entries are open for another two weeks and results will be published in the December issue of the drinks business magazine and online.
Enter the competition here before 20 October, and you might have another Riesling to smile…
Entries cost £159 ex VAT
