Where in London’s Park Lane serves up spritz cocktail sundowners?

London Marriott Hotel Park Lane has introduced a St-Germain spritz trolley serving a selection of sundowners to its premier suite guests.

The new selection of four spritz cocktails, created using French liqueur St-Germain, will be available to those staying in a premier suite at the hotel as well as daily for diners at the hotel’s Lanes of London restaurant.

To coincide with the spritz trolley arriving in time for summer, Lanes of London will also see a blossom-inspired makeover with a new addition of a flower arch that will be decked with textured foliage and wild silk flowers.

The full St-Germain spritz menu is set to include: St-Germain Spritz – made with St-Germain elderflower liqueur, sparkling wine and lemon, topped with soda water; Hugo Rosé – a French spritz featuring St-Germain elderflower liqueur, chilled rosé wine and fresh mint, topped with soda water; Apricot & Elderflower Spritz – featuring St-Germain elderflower liqueur, chilled sparkling wine and sweet passion fruit, topped with Fever-Tree white grape and apricot soda; and a Vibrante Spritz – made with a non-alcoholic Martini Vibrante and fresh grapefruit juice, topped with soda water.

The spritz menu is available daily from 12pm until 10.30pm until mid-September and, to accompany the offer, Lanes of London will be offering up a selection of light bites alongside it, including: Scotch eggs, mezze and miniature arancini.
