Hollywood movie star and Aviation Gin owner Ryan Reynolds is offering fans a round of drinks on him to celebrate National Aviation Day today (Thursday 19 August). Here’s how you can take advantage of the generous offer.
Announcing the move, which is bound to prove popular with consumers looking for a free drink, Reynolds said: “In 1939, President Roosevelt drank a few negronis and immediately declared August 19th National Aviation Day. But don’t take mine or FDR’s words for it – try it yourself. That’s right: this Aviation Day, I’m buying.”
Between 19 August and 22 August, the Hollywood movie star will reimburse anyone 21 and older who purchases an Aviation Gin cocktail (up to a value of US$7). All you’ll need to do is upload your receipt to https://aviationday2021.com/ to redeem the offer.
Earlier this year, Reynolds celebrated the completion of his takeover of non-league football club Wrexham AFC with a limited edition bottle of Aviation Gin.
“It’s no secret that I love Aviation American Gin. I truly believe it is the best gin on the planet. Rob and I are ecstatic to have won the approval of the Wrexham fans and the League and this bottle is for them. It’s a small first step on what will hopefully be a legendary underdog story.” The actor said in a statement.
