From NY to London: Lyle’s to host guest chef Junghyun Park
Chef Junghyun Park will join the team at Michelin-starred Lyle’s in London for two nights this month proffering modern Korean cuisine as part of the restaurant’s Guest Series.

Called Atomix, the chef’s second restaurant in New York opened last year offering guests a multi-course tasting menu. The restaurant was recently awarded a Michelin star.
Serving innovative Korean cooking, the menu draws on Junghyun’s experience at Cutler and Co. in Melbourne, London’s The Ledbury and Jungsik in both Seoul and New York.
The Lyle’s team said: “The Guest Series is a way to showcase some of the most talented chefs from around the world. Each dinner will feature a different chef that we highly respect and think is doing incredible things. For us, this is a way to learn and progress.”
Future guests in the series are set to include Diego Munoz from Lima in August and Esu Lee from Paris in October.
Junghyun Park will be at Lyle’s on the 30 and 31 of July. A ticketed event and priced at £69 for the set menu, further details can be found here.
