Majestic offering free beer to sock flashers

To celebrate International Beer Day on Friday, Majestic is giving away free cans of Brewdog to customers who flash their pair of London Sock Company socks.

The drinks retailer has teamed up with the British start-up and will be giving away cans of Brewdog Punk IPA to anyone who flashes ankles bearing the London Sock Company logo.

The offer runs from tomorrow, 1 August, until Sunday 5 August in all Majestic stores across the UK. Those desiring a free brew simply need to flash their LSC logo at the till.

“As a small, growing business, it’s amazing to be able to partner with Majestic and Brewdog and offer even more fun and enjoyment for our loyal sock wearers – and what could be better than a free beer?” said London Sock Company co-founder, David Pickard.

“At Majestic we’re proud of the product we sell and the fun we have selling it, so helping people discover a beer that they will love, in a novel way, is perfect. We’re excited to see how many London Sock Company socks we see in our 209 branches this summer,” added Jo Gunn, partnerships director at Majestic.

Now in its 10th year, International Beer Day on Friday 3 August will celebrate all things hoppy in pubs, shops and beer gardens around the globe.
