COBRA Beer is spending £750,000 on a new campaign for its brand. A print and press campaign, under the title "Inspired", will run on the London tube network for eight weeks and will be supported by a threemonth print campaign in men’s consumer titles such as FHM, Maxim and Arena, among others.
The four executions are intended to visualise the "soul" of Cobra as a company – enterprising, visionary and passionate. "The Inspired campaign is a celebration of the values that have allowed Cobra to succeed against the odds and further enhances Cobra’s appeal to a mainstream audience," says Karan Bilimoria, founder and chief executive of Cobra Beer.
