Lanson wins listing at The Cavalry and Guards Club

Champagne Lanson has won a listing of six of its wines at private members’ club The Cavalry and Guards Club in London’s Mayfair.

Champagne Lanson’s Père et Fils Brut NV, Noble Cuvée Blanc de Blancs 2002, Lanson Gold Label 1998 in magnum, Gold Label 2005; Rosé and Ivory Label have all gone on pour at the gentleman’s club for the first time.

The Cavalry Club was founded in 1890 and The Guards Club in 1810 before the two clubs merged in 1976 to become The Cavalry and Guards Club.

As well as commissioned officers and ex-officers of Guards, Cavalry and Yeomanry regiments, its membership includes senior royals and military figures.

With seven private function rooms, the member’s club caters for lunches, dinners, wedding receptions, cocktail parties, meetings and seminars.

It also has 10 double, 13 twin, and 15 single rooms, and a barber’s service.
