HK’s 22 Ships launches boat party menu
Wan Chai’s famous Spanish eatery has introduced its “Moveable Feast” tapas menu with cocktails for Hong Kong summer boat parties.
Sea chef: 22 Ships’ Nathan Green on board to deliver tapas to Hong Kong’s boat party people.
Jason Atherton’s 22 Ships has taken to the sea with a new food and cocktail menu available for seafaring foodies who want something other than beer and crisps to accompany their boat parties.
Starting from HK$350 per person, guests can choose from several tapas favourites including chef Nathan Green’s pan con tomate, suckling pig, Iberico pork and foie gras burger.
22 Ships’ sister restaurant Ham & Sherry also offers Ryan Nightingale’s “around the world” cocktail list incorporating various Hong Kong and nautical-inspired drinks such as “Ol’ Grogam” made with rum and pimento dram and “Typhoon Warning” with Havana Club and banana liqueur.
For those really wishing to push the boat out, both Nathan and Ryan are available to cater on board with a HK$10,000 minimum spend.
