Bruno Paillard partners with Sushisamba
Champagne house Bruno Paillard has announced an exclusive partnership with London restaurant Sushisamba, now home to the largest selection of its wines in the UK.
Nine Champagnes will be avaiable at Sushisamba, located on 39th floor of London’s Heron Tower, including two from Paillard’s private cellar that are unavailable in the UK, as well as three NV Champagnes available by the glass.
Shimon Bokovza, restaurant Founder & CEO, said: “I had the pleasure of visiting Bruno’s estate to see the inimitable terroir and the unparalleled craftsmanship behind each bottle – a commitment to quality that we uphold at Sushisamba. As two very passionate individuals in the worlds of food and beverage, I see this relationship promising many exciting future endeavours.”
Sushisamba, founded by Bokovza in 2012, is known for its unique fusion of Japanese, Brazilian and Peruvian cuisine.
Bruno Paillard added: “As a boutique Champagne house, we only partner with restaurants who share our passion for excellence and dedication to creating a memorable experience for guests. From the instant I met Shimon, I knew we spoke the same language. We are both pioneers with the utmost respect for origins and originality and the art of dining.”
