New look for Fish Hoek
South African wine brand Fish Hoek has unveiled a fresh look for 2014.
The changes include a “refined” fish motif detail, new colour combinations and a de-bossed finish – which Fish Hoek claims is the first of its kind in the UK wine market.
Amy White, marketing controller at Accolade Wines, said: “The new look for Fish Hoek is a blend between modern and classic design with a truly ground breaking innovative new bottle.
“As the brand owner for Fish Hoek, our focus is not just limited to making excellent quality wines, it is also our role to create a stand out, sophisticated brand that appeals to our core consumers.
“We know consumers associate well-executed design with iconic brands and this is integral to Fish Hoek’s identity.”
Fish Hoek began distributing a range of single varietal wines to the UK, including a Shiraz and a Sauvignon Blanc, in 2007 from its vineyards based in the Swartland/Western Cape of South Africa, overseen by winemaker Karen Bruwer.
The new packaging for Fish Hoek wines will arrive in store from February 2014.
