Line up for The Benevolent’s Christmas Ceilidh
The Benevolent Buddies are gearing up for Christmas and are inviting members of the trade to come long for a night of Scottish dancing at its Christmas Ceilidh.
Taking place on 28 November the evening will feature drinks and food as well as dancing, with all proceeds going to support members of the drinks industry who are in need this Christmas.
Even if you’ve never experienced the joys of a Ceilidh before, the evening will see expert dancing caller Mary Panton take you through all the steps while the Ceilidh band plays. The charity said: “Whether you have attended numerous Ceilidhs before or this is your first one you will have a fantastic time on the dance floor.”
As well as dancing, guests will be able to enjoy wines from Chilean winery Santa Rita and a selection of whiskies provided by Pernod Ricard UK.
The event will be held at Toynbee Hall, near Aldgate East tube in Central London on Thursday 28 November from 6:30pm. Tickets are £40 for Benevolent members (Corporate or Individual) and £45 for non-members, and include all wine, whisky and finger food served on the evening.
