Pernod Ricard UK cycle challenge

Pernod Ricard UK is to cycle 570 miles from The Glenlivet distillery in Speyside, Scotland to the Beefeater distillery in Kennington, London.

The cycle is to raise funds for The Benevolent and the company are led by Simon Thomas, current chair of The Benevolent.

The Benevolent was founded in 1886 to make a difference to the daily lives of those who have worked in the drinks industry and now need help.

Today, The Benevolent helps more than 500 people from across the drinks Industry, providing one-off or regular financial grants, sheltered accommodation, care home facilities, advice, support and friendship.

The Pernod Ricard team will also include Andy Bott, John Chalmers, Chris Wych, Jim Turner, Thomas Alcraft, and Jeff Lawrence.
