Hiro Sake to launch in UK

Newly created premium sake – Hiro Sake – imported from Japan, will launch in the UK later this year.

Hiro is made in the traditional way by the master brewer using only polished sake rice from the Murakami plain in the Niigata Region.

There are a number of varieties, including Hiro Red, a premium Junmai Sake, which best enjoyed alone, hot or chilled or in cocktails.

There is also Hiro Blue, a super premium Junmai Ginjo Sake, which is best served chilled or over ice.

The premium sake made a pre-launch London appearance last night (27 March) at the VIP reception celebrating the opening of the West End version of The King’s Speech.
