Matthew Clark goes with the Flow
Matthew Clark has announced an exclusive partnership with Flow Hospitality Training, which will see the on-trade drinks supplier offer clients 12 specially developed online training modules.
The modules cover training for bartenders and waiters, including wine, cocktail and coffee service knowledge, all designed to ensure quality and consistency of offer. Flow’s programme will also provide a fully accredited Personal Licence Holder qualification, complete with exam and certificate.
Gary Squire, Matthew Clark’s group marketing director, emphasised the programme’s “immediate impact on productivity, staff motivation and reduced training budgets whilst dramatically improving service standards and maximising sales.”
In particular, he highlighted the convenience of the web-based nature of the course, which, he explained, “can be accessed at a time and a place to suit the individual and the business. The modules are designed to the highest quality, guiding the individual through the content in a flexible, imaginative and interactive way”.
In addition to the training package itself, Flow has also designed a complementary management system, which allows operators to plan training, track progress and view results.
