Molson Coors backs National Wine Month
As the first National Wine Month gets underway, Molson Coors is coordinating a support programme for its UK on-trade customers.
As a sponsor of National Wine Month, which has been organised by the Wine & Spirit Education Trust to encourage consumers to engage more closely with wine, Molson Coors will be working with its on-trade partners to raise awareness of the initiative.
In addition to its general support package, the on-trade supplier will be offering its independent customers their twelfth bottle free when they buy a case of English sparkling wine, Chapel Down.
Explaining the decision to get behind National Wine Month, Gary Keller, senior wine buyer at Molson Coors, said: "As the warm weather heralds the beginning of summer, National Wine Month will help educate consumers and introduce them to new varieties of a favoured summer tipple.
"Molson Coors is proud to be working with the initiative’s organisers and with our partners in the on-trade to encourage drinkers to branch out from their old favourites."
