Cote opens number 15
Côte, the French bistro chain backed by Richard Caring, opens its 15th branch near St Paul’s in London this month as part of a plan to expand to a total of 20 sites by the end of this year.
The new 200-cover restaurant on Ludgate Hill is located within Club Quarters, the first time the chain has opened within a hotel set-up. The owners have also gained permission to incorporate a newly-created outdoor seating area.
Having opened its first branch in Wimbledon Village back in 2007, Côte has since expanded its reach around London, as well as further afield to sites including Birmingham, Brighton, Cambridge and Guildford.
Two further London openings are planned in Ealing and Highgate this September, with a Bristol branch also lined up to open before the end of the year.
