Whisky provides the personal touch
Dewar’s has launched a service in duty free to allow customers to engrave their bottles with a special message.
Launched in association with its retailer partner, Nuance, the Bacardi-owned blended Scotch brand is providing the scheme to customers at Toronto’s Pearson International Airport.
Trent Russell, global marketing director of Bacardi Global Travel Retail, said: “Tommy Dewar embodied the adventurous spirit that still inspires the Dewar’s brand today, which is particularly relevant to travel retail.
“Launching the Dewar’s Engraving and Trolley Bag promotions simultaneously during Whisky Fest with our retail partner, Nuance, was a great opportunity to share the Dewar’s identity with a targeted audience.”
