Ankrah’s angelic cocktails

Missouri Angel, the steak lovers’ paradise near Fenchurch Street in London, has launched a new look bar with an all-American cocktail list, specially created by leading mixologist Douglas Ankrah.

Cocktail lovers can enjoy an exclusive taste of Ankrah’s new creations, including the Screaming Demon Martini, Redcurrant and Root Beer Smash and the Saratoga Springs Sour.

New bar manager Tim Halilaj is well known from his time at a number of high profile London hotspots, from Ronnie Scott’s Jazz Club to the St Martin’s Lane Hotel.

In addition to the extensive restaurant menu, guests can choose from a selection of snacks at the bar.

Highlights include the Missouri Angel ground beef sandwich and fries for £10.50, or the smoked St Louis ribs with apple and mustard slaw and grilled sweetcorn for £14.50.
