New cocktail menu from Locale
Locale, the London-based Italian restaurant group, has launched a new cocktail list.
Inspired by Italian flavours and liqueurs, the 25-strong cocktail selection has been put together with the help of award winning mixologist, Andy Pearson.
Highlights from the list include a Locale Bloody Mary, using sweet homemade tomato juice, basil and balsamic vinegar; or the Blushing Monk, made from essence of hazelnuts and blackberries, Frangelico hazelnut liqueur, single malt whisky, fresh blackberries and lime juice.
Both are priced at £7, although the venue runs a weekday two-for-one happy hour deal between 5pm and 7pm.
Locale restaurants can be found in five sites across London: Blackheath, Balham, County Hall, East Dulwich and Fulham.
The food menu has been put together by the group’s executive head chef, Paolo Barone, and offers a broad selection of Italian classics, including a signature dish of sea bass fillet with fish broth, cherry tomato and croutons.
The wine list has an equally strong Italian theme, with much of the selection available by the glass or carafe as well as bottle.
