Pingus sibling arrives in UK
Pingus winemaker Peter Sisseck’s new iconic Spanish label is now available in the UK.
Called PSI, the wine is made from organic Tempranillo grapes sourced from a range of growers across Ribera del Duero.
The first vintage, 2007, has an RRP of £22 and Corney & Barrow is acting as exclusive agent for PSI, alongside Pingus and Flor de Pingus.
According to Corney & Barrow, Sisseck is working on a new winery to accommodate PSI’s range of vinification methods, which employ stainless steel and cement, as well as 1-3 year old wooden barriques.
