Get Bud Naked Down Under
The latest in wine pouch technology has been revealed in Australia through wine brand Bud Naked.
The pouches are being called a “revolution” thanks to their ability to chill quickly in the fridge and to stay chilled for longer than previous versions of the wine pouch.
Consumers will be advised that keeping Bud Naked for a month won’t be a problem, as the new packaging is designed to keep wine fresh for up to four weeks.
The Bud Naked brand consists of two wines, a Shiraz/Tempranillo from the McLaren Vale, Australia and a Sauvignon Blanc from Marlborough, New Zealand.
Bud Naked’s brand manager David Evans said: “It’s all about the unadulterated taste of McLaren Vale Shiraz/Tempranillo and Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc in an innovative, convenient and stylish new pack.”
The wines will retail in Australia for AU$19.99 and at this stage, there are no plans to expand Bud Naked to other countries.
