Ferrari Trento unveils F1 podium bottle for Vegas race
Italian sparkling wine brand and Formula 1 sponsor Ferrari Trento has offered a sneak peak of the bottle it will be presenting at the Las Vegas Grand Prix this Saturday.
The special bottles have been hand painted with a design intended to represent the bright lights of Las Vegas. The design takes particular influence from ‘trash art’, which repurposes what refuse, and American street art.
Just five of the Jeroboams have been created: one each for the top three from the race, one for the constructor, and another which will be signed by the top three drivers and auctioned through platform F1 Authentics to raise money for Keep Memory Alive, the fundraising arm of the Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health.
Larry Ruvo, founder and chairman of Keep Memory Alive, said: “This special bottle beautifully celebrates the spirit of Las Vegas while fueling hope for the patients and families impacted by neurological diseases.”
“These bottles have been handcrafted, making each piece special and a true representation of the unmistakable energy of Las Vegas,” says Matteo Lunelli, president and CEO of Ferrari Trento. “We are proud to support the Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health and Keep Memory Alive in its important work focused on the research, treatment, and education of neurological diseases”.
The auction of a Jeroboam of Ferrari Trento after last year’s Las Vegas Grand Prix raised US$12,000 for Keep Memory Alive, and Ferrari Trento revealed that since it became the sparkling wine sponsor of Formula 1 in 2021, it has raised more than US$175,000 for various charities.
