Michelin restaurants go alcohol-free
Michelin-star restaurants are embracing the demand for luxury alcohol-free options.
According to the KAM Insights 2023 report, 40% of restaurant-goers now opt for non-alcoholic beverages, and the trend applies across the board from casual eateries up to Michelin-starred cuisine.
One of the preferred alcohol-free brands continuously chosen by Michelin restaurants is Wild Idol, a premium, naturally alcohol-free sparkling alternative to wine and Champagne.
