Dom Pérignon hosts celebrities in the Hamptons

Last week, Dom Pérignon took over a private estate in the Hamptons to unveil its Vintage 2015 and Vintage 2006 Plénitude 2.

The event featured a gastronomic experience with world-renowned Argentine chef Francis Mallmann, alongside Dom Pérignon Chef de Cave, Vincent Chaperon.

The exclusive soirée welcomed an intimate group of VIPs and vibrant personalities into Dom Pérignon’s ‘Exploration of Tactility’ premiere, including Naomi Watts, Camila Morrone, Evan Mock, Rachel Zoe, Francis Mallmann, Rōze Traore, Cole Bennett, Pierce Abernathy, Evan Ross Katz, Kilo Kish, Alex Tieghi-Walker, Stephanie Goto, Candace Bushnell, Quinn Mora, Lumia Nocito, and others.

After arriving at the 21-acre estate via a luxurious yacht, guests enjoyed the signature Dom Pérignon solo tasting amidst the scenic oasis.

This was followed by a gastronomic experience that matched the Champagnes, exploring textures, senses, and the precise nature of the new vintages.

Chef Mallmann, known for his distinctive 7-Fire cooking technique, took inspiration from the dynamic Champagnes and created a menu that mirrored their contrasting profiles.

Each dish, from salt-crusted salmon to whole lambs with gremolata sauce, presented an invitation to the complexity and prestige inherent in a Dom Pérignon vintage, the brand said.

The evening concluded with a music performance held on a floating platform suspended on the water.

For the following three evenings, the experience was also open to the public.

More Dom Pérignon “Explorations of Tactility” will also available in New York City, Chicago and Washington DC, where chefs around the country will interpret the vintages to created dishes that “epitomise the essence of harmony through tactility”, it said.
