Beer professional Daisy Turnell secures new directorship

Beer and cider specialist agency Tipple Marketing has named beer professional and consultant Daisy Turnell as its newest director.

Tipple, which was founded in 2022 by beer expert Amelie Tassin, positions itself as the “Swiss army knife” of marketing and is known for having developed inclusivity training and workshops enabling drinks businesses to effectively use DEI in all their day-to-day marketing.

Since 2022, Tipple has supported companies all around the UK, such as The British Guild of Beer Writers, Bluestone Brew Co, Sunken Knave and the Gravity Beer Festival. With the arrival of Turnell to the business and taking on the role of director, Tassin has highlighted that the agency has big ambitions for the future and plans to “keep growing”.

Speaking to the drinks business, Tassin assured: “My first goal at Tipple has always been to make sure my clients get the best service for all their marketing needs” and noted that Turnell “is bringing additional skills for them, but also for the company to reach the next step of its development.”

Turnell told db that Tipple is now “looking forward to a great second half of the year, taking on new clients” and growing the business “in a variety of new ways”.

Additionally, describing the next steps for the agency, Turnell hinted: ”We’re working on new content to share in upcoming weeks, and can’t wait to get involved helping businesses to plan more events throughout 2024 and beyond.”
