While a classic margarita is made using the golden trio — Tequila, Triple Sec, and lime juice (plus a deliciously salty rim) — there are many variations of the drink out there to enjoy. Recipe:
2 oz Hampton Water
2 oz Tequila
0.5 oz Lemon Juice
0.5 oz Lime Juice
1 oz Simple Syrup
Method:
Run a lime wedge over the rim of a glass then dip in sugar and set aside. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake until chilled. Strain into prepared glass with fresh ice. Garnish with a strawberry and lime wheel.

60ml Casamigos Blanco Tequila
30ml Fresh Lime Juice

Method:
Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake to chill. Strain into a chilled margarita glass. Garnish with a small chilli pepper. *Valentina-passion fruit syrup: Combine two parts passion fruit syrup to one part Valentina hot sauce and stir to combine. Store refrigerated.

50ml Tequila 100% or Mezcal Ojo de Dios
25ml fresh lime juice
15ml Agave Syrup
5ml El Yucateco Habanero Sauce
Method:
- Rim the glass with half lime and Tajin classic chilli powder
- Add some ice into a cocktail mixer
- Juice 1 Lime into the cocktail mixer
- Add 15ml of Agave syrup
- Add a spoon of El Yucateco Habanero Sauce
- Add 50ml Tequila 100% or Mezcal Ojo de Dios
