International Cat Day: Liquor store cat goes viral on TikTok
A black rescue cat who now lives in a liquor store in Oklahoma City has been entertaining customers with her antics around bottles of wine, spirits and beer.
Providing the pawfect pairing of fur and fizz, the cat named Betty has obviously chosen her favourite wine as MosCato, but she also tends to like the cardboard packaging more than the drinks contained inside.
The feline, who was bought to the store by a member of staff, has managed to avoid breaking any bottles so far, despite living in the store 24 hours a day. A video explains that she doesn’t like to leave in the evening as she enjoys the peace and quiet away from humans.

Betty now has her own Instagram and TikTok pages and is quickly building a following online with her pawsome videos, jumping across boxes of Bud Light, munching on Bourbon whisky packaging, and delicately prowling amongst bottles of spirits.

Occasionally Betty helps out the customers and employees of the Liquor Barn store, although she has also been known to nap on the job.
