Frosty Jack’s pokes fun at celebrity endorsements
Aston Manor cider brand Frosty Jack’s has launched a new advertising campaign that pokes fun at celebrity endorsements.
The white cider brand has employed hand model Hans ‘The Hands’ Handerson, and is running advertising across media channels in the UK, including YouTube and other social media platforms, in its first such campaign for the product.
Brand marketing manager at Aston Manor cider, Grace Anthony, said the move followed its ‘Straight Outta Crumpton’ campaign last summer, and was ‘driven to disrupt the category further’.
Rather than hiring an expensive celebrity endorsement for the brand, it wanted to make light of such a move.
Anthony said: “The world is overrun with endless amounts of eye-watering costly celebrity endorsements.
“We therefore wanted to poke some fun by fabricating the world’s most extravagant, famous non-celebrity, and what better way than through a mysterious hand-model.
