Official Prosecco of Eurovision now available on Ocado

New Zealand Wine Producer Invivo’s new Invivo X Unity Prosecco range, which has been named the official sponsor of the Eurovision song contest, has now been listed exclusively on Ocado.

The wine producer’s new Prosecco range Invivo X Unity features a Prosecco DOC and a Prosecco Rosé DOC, both of which will be showcased at the event this year and are now being listed exclusively on Ocado.

George Martin, buying manager of wine at Ocado Retail, said: “We’re delighted to be launching Unity exclusively on Ocado.com. With a larger selection of wine than any UK supermarket, we’re excited that our customers will now be able to get the Official Prosecco of the Eurovision Song Contest delivered to their doors as part of their weekly shop.”

Invivo X Unity has previously been enjoyed by Eurofans during the Contest in Alko in Finland, Systembolaget in Sweden, Vinmonopolet in Norway, Wines of the World in Ireland plus Bulgaria, Canada and even New Zealand

The Eurovision Song Contest, which is the world’s largest music event, will stage its 67th contest in Liverpool in May of this year and will be broadcast live across the globe. Last year, an estimated 182 million people tuned in to watch.

Unity will be served throughout the semi-finals and finals of the contest to hundreds of contestants and their teams, as well as by the winners of the contest.

Martin Österdahl, executive supervisor of the Eurovision Song Contest, said in a press release: “We are pleased to be creating the first Official Prosecco of the Eurovision Song Contest with Invivo. We’ve never needed more Unity and now both our fans around Europe and contestants backstage can raise a glass and celebrate one of the most important values of the Eurovision Song Contest.”

Invivo X Unity is now available at Ocado, RRP £12.
