Tito’s Handmade Vodka to roll out across Iraq
Tito’s Handmade Vodka has struck a deal with an Iraqi distributor while at the TFWA World Exhibition & Conference this week.
Speaking to the drinks business, Tito’s Handmade Vodka managing director John McDonnell said: “Tito’s will be in Iraq in about 45 days. We have struck a deal with a company called Intersea and they will also handle all of what they call their duty free in Iraq.”
Tito’s, which is currently in Cannes previewing its 25 year anniversary bottling at the show as well as the new colourway for its ‘ugly sweater’ packaging has also set its sights on Montenegro in travel retail too, with deals in the process of being signed.
McDonnell added: “Also, we’re now in Montenegro in duty free. That’s a brand new thing. We are doing a lot right now.”
Tito’s newest ‘ugly sweater’ packaging is available sporting blue knitwear, a change from the brand’s previous orange and white trademark design.
