Ska Brewing reintroduces winter seasonal dark lager and pale ale
Ska Brewing has re-released two cold month seasonals into its range: Mexican Style Lager Dark and Euphoria Pale Ale.
The Southwest Colorado brewer first introduced Mexican Style Lager Dark in January of 2021 and has since decided to reintroduce it during this year’s colder months to join its seasonal Euphoria Pale Ale which counts 2022 as its 16th winter season in can.
Ska’s Mexican Style Lager Dark is essentially a dark variant of the famed summer seasonal Mexican Logger.
The winter variant is a smooth and slightly sweet beer that is balanced with mild bitterness, subtle caramel flavours, and a touch of roast on the finish.
Euphoric Pale Ale, now a seasonal stalwart of the brewer, began at Purgatory Ski Resort where Ska teamed up with Venture Snowboards to create a custom, Ska-themed snowboard each year.
