First Barbarescos released on La Place de Bordeaux
Tenute Cisa Asinari dei Marchesi di Grésy has announced the release on La Place de Bordeaux of two Barbaresco from its iconic cru monopole, Martinenga, through Timothée Moreau of Bureau des Grands Vins.
Gaiun Martinenga 2018 and Camp Gros Martinenga Riserva 2017 will be the first Barbaresco wines to be distributed through La Place. They will be released the 26th September through a pool of five negociants – Ulysse Cazabonne, Maison Descaves, Vins et Passions, Roland Coiffe and Maison Ginestet – that will distribute these wines globally, with the exception of Italy, North America and a few other countries.
“We are very excited by this new chapter in our history and proud to take part in one of the most ancient and prestigious fine-wine distribution networks in the world.
Introducing our most valued wines through this exclusive system will help us to showcase the great work of our father Alberto, who for the last fifty years has spread his passion for our land with indisputable charm, making our brand known and our wines appreciated in more than 50 countries”, said Ludovica and Alessandro di Grésy in a statement.
