Beavertown hands out thousands of free beers this bank holiday weekend
Beavertown is set to kick off the bank holiday weekend in style, offering thousands of free cans of beer in cities across the UK in a walking tour like no other.
The Hops on Hops off tour invites Brits to drop by at one of the stops, grab a free beer, and then head off and enjoy the rest of their day during the bank holiday weekend. The ideal version of a walking tour if you ask us.
Tom Rainsford, Marketing Director at Beavertown said: “We’re taking our ‘Hops on Hops off’ tour nationwide and it’s guaranteed to kickstart your weekend.”
Kicking off in Manchester last week, the next leg of the tour will hit London (Friday 26 August) and Brighton (Saturday 27 August) this bank holiday weekend, and conclude in Birmingham (Friday 2 September).
“We’ve already crashed landed in Manchester, now look out for our tour guides in London, Brighton and Birmingham armed with thousands of ice-cold cans. If any of their facts sound too out-of-this-world to be true… it’s probably because they are.”
Beavertown will be giving out a selection of beers including Nanobot (2.8%), a light, crisp super session IPA and Lazer Crush, Beavertown’s alcohol free IPA, as well as 50 Neck Oil vouchers that can be redeemed at select pubs in each city.
In less positive news, Drinks prices in the UK are set to be hit hard by rising inflation, food and drink research consultancy company CGA has warned, with beer prices set to peak at £9 a pint by the end of the year. So get the free pints in where you can.
