Tame & Wild creates ‘sophisticated’ summer cocktail

Luxury British drinks brand Tame & Wild is showcasing a new cocktail suggestion for venues looking at offering adult summertime drinks.

The Wild Bouquet Cocktail, which muddles together Tame & Wild Damson & Rosehip with Chase Pink Grapefruit & Pomelo Gin, grapefruit juice, lemon juice and honey water, has been created “for the sophisticated palate” and offers up “overtones of botanical flavours with the natural sweetness of the fruit”.

The all natural, sophisticated sparkling drinks, which can be enjoyed as an alternative to alcohol or mixed in with spirits for cocktails, are made from a recipe of English berries and botanicals with gently sparkling water and have been inspired by the great British countryside.

Wild Bouquet Cocktail Recipe

¾ 25ml Chase Pink Grapefruit & Pomelo Gin
¾ 15ml Pink Grapefruit
¾ 10ml Lemon
¾ 10ml Honey Water

The many health benefits associated with the botanicals include calming lavender, rose that’s great for skin, blueberries which are ranked number one in antioxidants and damson plums which improve your circulatory system and boost your red blood cell count.
