Corona is giving away beer cans that play Snoop Dogg quotes
If you’ve been lounging around in the sun of late thinking that, though you’re enjoying yourself, things could be made better by a playable Snoop Dogg quote from a miniature speaker in a Corona can, then today is your lucky day.
Yes, AB InBev-owned Corona beer has teamed up with legendary rapper and entertainer, Snoop Dogg, to launch ‘Snoop Cans’.
The limited-edition, insulated sleeves are designed to fit the new Corona slim cans designed as an alternative to the traditional glass bottle for suitable summer sipping.
The Snoop Can sleeves feature a miniature built-in speaker that plays positive affirmations in the voice of Snoop Dogg at the push of a button.
“No one captures the fine life like Snoop Dogg, and we’re thrilled to be able to offer his wisdom anytime, anyplace,” said Alex Schultz, vice president of brand marketing at Corona in a press release. “We’re excited to bring Corona Extra and Snoop together once again for a unique collaboration to celebrate La Vida Más Fina.”
The legendary Snoop Dogg added, “If anyone can get Corona to make a Snoop Can, Snoop can.
“I’m excited to share my words of wisdom with fans and help them make sure their Vida is always Más Fina.”
Corona is making the cans available via sweepstakes that will take place until 14 July. If you’re over 21 and live in the US, you can enter by following @CoronaUSA on Twitter and Instagram and responding to the Snoop posts using the hashtag #SnoopCan.
