Among elements taken into account for the ranking were capacity for growth, skill development, company stability, external opportunities, affinity with the company, gender diversity and formal education.

Companies taken into account for the ranking had over 500 employees in Chile, with a turnover rate of less than 10% during the period from 31 December 2021.

Companies whose layoffs exceeded 10% of their staff were also excluded, and figures were measured by LinkedIn through data shared by active employees and company profiles.

VSPT Wine Group was ranked in the top 10 companies in Chile by LinkedIn.

It demonstrated significant progress in terms of benefits and initiatives in the evaluated topics. These ranged from inclusion policies, study grants, climate measurement, the possibility of continuing work from abroad, mixed work modality for positions that allow it, and other aspects which strengthen the sense of belonging and permanence of company employees over several years, according to a press release put out by VSPT this morning.

Last month, Chilean wine producers GatoNegro and Santa Helena, both part of VSPT Wine Group, won the right to feature the sustainable seal on their bottles when sold on the Swedish market.

Following an extensive audit from the Swedish Monopoly, which considered the use of ecopackaging, ethical working conditions for employees, and the environmental footprint of products, two wines produced by GatoNegro and two wines by Santa Helena have been granted the right to sport the Sustainable Seal.

VSPT Wines are leaders in the production of Chilean and Argentine wines, and have been one of the critical innovative forces in New World wine.
