Austrian Wine announces 2022 Taste-From-Home event
Following on from last year’s at-home tasting, Austrian Wine has decided to once again adopt a taste-from-home format for its 2022 showcase.
Taking place on 4 April from 10am-5pm, the Austrian Tasting 2022- The Taste-From-Home Edition sees 44 participating wineries each showcasing four wines, and attendees will have the opportunity to taste wines from 12 wineries (totalling some 48 wines to sample on the day).
Three masterclasses will also take place during the day, which participants can sign up for, and which will each feature 12 wines.
The Taste-From-Home format will see attendees receive an individual tasting box shortly before the event, which will include 48 x 75 ml bottels of wine.
Winemakers will be on hand during the event to answer questions, participate in discussions and network via an online platform.
Those who sign up for masterclasses will receive an additional box containing the 12 relevant wines for the masterclass.
Austrian Wine is hosting the event in conjunction with the Austrian Embassy and the Austrian Trade Commission in London.
