You can now buy a boxed wine Halloween costume that actually dispenses booze
Whether you find the notion of boxed wine genuinely spooky or not, if you’ve been wondering what to wear for Halloween this year then this boxed wine Halloween costume that actually dispenses booze is almost certainly the answer.
Franzia, one of America’s best-known boxed wines, has taken the idea of a functional Halloween costume to the next level this year, unveiling a boxed wine get-up that actually dispenses real wine from an internal pouch.
“Blurring the line between costume and reality, this year’s Franzia boxed wine outfit has a trick and a treat up its sleeve,” Franzia said. “The new design includes an internal side pouch that can carry a full bag of Franzia. When worn over the shoulder underneath the costume, the wearer can dispense wine to become a human box of Franzia!”
The boxed wine Halloween costumes will set you back US$40, feature glow-in-the-dark text and come in two styles: Franzia Dark Red Blend and Franzia Rich & Buttery Chardonnay.
Collin Cooney, Franzia’s marketing director said in a statement:
“Our Franzia Halloween costumes were inspired by our fans, who we fondly call ‘Franz,’ that have been creating homemade Franzia Halloween costumes for years.
“The new Franzia costumes make you the life of a party, just like an actual box of Franzia.”
Let’s face it, if you can literally pour wine from your Halloween costume you’re very likely to be the life and soul of any get together you might be attending.
