Chilean winery launches ground-breaking virtual tour
Chilean wine fans can now visit locations ‘virtually’ thanks to a new 360˚ virtual tour that has been launched by Chilean winery Vik.
The tour, which has 360-degree panoramic images, is the only one of its kind and makes it possible for anyone to easily check out the Vik Chile Retreat, winery and all the facilities at Vik Park from their computer, smartphone or tablet, irrespective of where they are located.
The tool has been designed to help consumers, tour operators and agencies to showcase the acclaimed winery, designed by renowned architect Smiljan Radic.
The site also provides descriptions of some of the artworks and objects on permanent display, which together provide a vibrant overview of Chile’s history.
Users can move around freely, supported by a scrollable menu, or by clicking on the points of interest, from the comfort of their own homes while planning their next trip.
The 360˚ virtual tour is part of the wider Vik Experience, which has been created for people who are interested in travelling to visit the area of architectural interest which boasts fine dining and an enticing array of Chilean wines.
The Vik 360˚ virtual tour can be accessed here.
