The Hari Hong Kong collaborates with Monkey 47 Gin
The Hari Hong Kong has partnered with German gin brand Monkey 47 to on an array of offers ranging from crafted cocktails and a five-course cocktail pairing menu to ‘The Wild Monkey Inn’ staycation package.
Available at The Hari Hong Kong between 15 July and 15 September, the promotion covers happy hour offer, cocktail pairing menu and a hotel stay package.
The hotel’s Beverage Manager Sabrina Cantini Budden has created a list of signature cocktails featuring Monkey 47 Dry, Sloe or the coveted Barrel Cut. There are five new crafted concoctions designed to encapsulate the distinctive aspects of the 47 botanical ingredients used in the Schwarzwald Dry Gin.
Priced from HK$188 (+10% service charge), the five Monkey 47 signature cocktails are available at the hotel’s Lucciola Restaurant & Bar, Zoku Restaurant & Terrace and The Lounge throughout the promotion period.
Guests can enjoy a 47% discount off any Monkey 47 signature cocktails from Monday to Thursday between 4:47pm and 6:47pm with the “Monkey 47 Gin ’o Clock” happy hour offer at The Lounge.
Throughout the promotion period, guests who order a Monkey 47 special cocktail are entitled to participate in the “Find the Monkeys” Treasure Hunt. Winners who follow the clues and successfully find out all the hidden monkeys at The Lounge will get a chance to win a bottle of Monkey 47 Dry Gin and other exciting prizes.
The Monkey 47 special cocktails are also featured in an exclusive pairing menu at Zoku Restaurant & Terrace. The five-course culinary journey begins with a refreshing Toro Tartare with Truffle Aioli and Caviar; and continues with another appetising cold dish of Wild Yellowtail Buri Sashimi with Pickled Daikon and Serrano.
After the satisfying courses of Seared Hokkaido Scallop with Inaniwa Udon and Kagoshima A5 Beef with Seared Foie Gras, the cocktail pairing experience concludes with an irresistible Black Forest Cake – the classic dark chocolate delicacy reimagined with Monkey 47 Dry Gin.
The five-course pairing menu is priced at HK$1,288 (+10% service charge) per person and is available for dinner at Zoku Restaurant & Terrace from Monday to Thursday throughout the promotion period.
Apart from the drinks offers, cocktail lovers can also enjoy an ultimate Monkey 47 experience with “The Wild Monkey Inn” staycation package, starting from HK$1,750 per room per night (+10% service charge).
The package includes a one-night stay at a Monkey 47-themed guest room or suite, breakfast for two persons, Monkey 47 special cocktail as welcome drink and an exclusive welcome amenities of Monkey Kiosk gift set, featuring a DIY gin and tonic set consisting of three miniature bottles of Monkey 47 Dry Gin and botanic garnishes.
Brand ambassador Luca Andrei will also host the Monkey 47 Dry Gin masterclass every weekend which welcome guests to sign up.
