A new study from professional kitchen suppliers Maxima Kitchen Equipment has revealed the 10 most popular cocktails in the UK this summer, by collating Google search data.
Afforded more free time in our homes than we might reasonably be used to during the coronavirus pandemic, it seems that many of us have been turning our hands to a little mixology from the comfort of our own kitchens.
As such, a study of Google search data from Maxima Kitchen Equipment revealing the most popular cocktails in the UK this summer may well shine a light on what people are mixing up at home.
Perhaps unsurprisingly, well known favourites were found throughout the top 10, with the refreshing summer favourite Mojito taking top spot.
The study looked at the total number of Google search queries for each cocktail to ascertain its top 10 list, with the winning entrant, Mojito, boasting a whopping 91,600 searches per month.
