Many of us experienced that familiar warm glow – despite the unseasonable chill – of returning to our favourite pub for a well-earned pint over the last week.
It’s been a long time coming, and a celebratory mood was evident across the country as England returned to the streets to shop, eat and drink.
One man, however, really has captured the imaginations of pub-goers everywhere with his wild and exuberant celebration of being back in a beer garden.
Charlie Richards, 45, has shot to viral fame after footage of his ecstatic reaction to enjoying a pint or two was shared across social media.
Richards can be seen taking a sip of a cold pint before splashing his face with the beer and scrubbing his cheeks. He then proceeds to pour a second beer over his head in a full-on rainforest shower gush.
Can you relate to Richards’ thrill at being back in a pub beer garden? Let us know in the comments, and enjoy the gradual return of hospitality!
