Invivo hires international marketing manager

New Zealand-based Invivo & Co, the winery behind Sarah Jessica Parker and Graham Norton’s wine brands, has hired an international marketing manager.

British-born Rachael Everitt has joined the Invivo & Co team

Invivo & Co’s founders, Tim Lightbourne and Rob Cameron, have appointed British-born Rachael Everitt to the newly created role of international marketing manager.

Everitt previously worked at Pead in Auckland, where she developed creative strategies for consumer brands and headed up the agency’s drinks portfolio. Prior to this, she worked at food and drink PR agency Phipps in London.

In her new role Everitt will work with distributors around the world to grow the Invivo brand, Graham Norton’s wine and spirits brand, and Invivo X, Sarah Jessica Parker’s wine brand.

The Sex and the City star recently added a French rosé (pictured) to her brand stable, which is soon to go on sale in the UK and New Zealand, following its launch in the US.

New Zealand’s first crowded funded wine company, Invivo & Co grew by over 40% last year, and Everitt has been taken on to help fuel further growth.

“We worked with Rachael during her time at Pead, so we knew she would be able to make a significant contribution to our business as we continue to grow internationally.

“Rachael has a unique background, having worked at London-based creative agencies on news generation coupled with a breadth of international drinks industry experience working with the likes of Sainsbury’s, González Byass and NZ Lighter wines.

“Key for us, is a creative and bold approach to marketing, which we are known for around the world, and it’s Rachael’s ingenuity and enthusiasm that we’re excited about,” Lightbourne said.

“Invivo has enjoyed phenomenal growth over the past few years. To be part of a world-class team that is changing the way the wine industry connects with consumers is very exciting,” Everitt said.

“In the coming months we will be evolving our international digital strategy. This includes growing our presence in the UK and US, in addition to entertaining our customers with the world-class content made in conjunction with our partners, Graham Norton and Sarah Jessica Parker,” she added.
